Location: In the beginning of the woods, at the base of the birches, on your left near the creek

Materials you will need:
-headphones -paper -something to write or draw with

1. When you find the place I chose, walk around the spot and check it out.
2. Look along the creek and write down or draw the first thing you noticed.
3. Listen to the sound of water in the video below for around 5 minutes.

4. Take off your headphones.
5. Write or draw what you felt in that moment.
6. Sit down on the big rock near the creek and close your eyes and think of loved ones.
7. Find a stick and throw it into the creek and make a wish.
8. Wave goodbye and go on with your day.
